Worldsites SA has recently launched a fully automated 24/7 LPG/Autogas Dispensing system.
The system consists of Lloyd's certified dispensing and wireless Automatic Tank Gauging equipment, electronically controlled refueling and financial settlement process with the financial institution of your choice that will eliminate unauthorized and fraudulent transactions.
To enable your vehicle to run on LPG/ Autogas we supply and install LPG Vapour Sequential Injection systems for vehicles with 3 cylinder up to 12 cylinder engines controlled by a specifically designed Electronic Control Unit (ECU) in collaboration with the primary ECU of the vehicle. Depending on client/vehicle specifications a cylindrical gas tank is installed for example behind the partition to the cargo space of a light/medium delivery vehicle, behind the rear seat of sedan/SUV type and/or as a donut tank replacing the spare wheel.
All LPG/ Autogas conversions are carried out in close dialog with vehicle manufacturers and to ensure quality, reliability, performance and optimum drivability each and every vehicle is tested on a dyno prior to delivery to the client and depending on the engine type, the "health" of the engine usually deliver about 5 to 7 Kw more power due to the higher octane value of LPG/ Autogas.
Due to the simple chemical composition of LPG/ Autogas a clean and environmentally friendly combustion process takes place opposed to petrol at an about 40% lower liter price. LPG/ Autogas enters the combustion chambers of the engine as a gas leaving few to no deposits resulting in a clean and smoother running engine with less oil changes required and significantly lower maintenance costs involved all of which will contribute to extended engine life.
Crash safety of the LPG/ Autogas installation is ensured under strict US and EU motor vehicle regulations.
