Through a network of Bookkeepers that utilize the WebAccounting SaaS/ASP solution, Web Acc can maintain your records from anywhere on a customised schedule.  This hosted platform also allows you, the business owner, to access your accounting records when, and from wherever, you require.

a)         Accknowledge - Introduction

Accknowledge is a web based accounting software developer that owns the WebAccounting software suite for small to medium size companies.  The software enables online accounting via intranet and/or the internet providing a company with instant access it’s books from anywhere in the world, 24 hours a day.

The Web Accounting offering has two versions, a LAN version for small to medium businesses and the SaaS, online version for micro-enterprises.

b)         WebAccounting - LAN Version

The LAN version involves an installation on the organisations network with the software accessed via PC’s on the network.

The LAN version is typically best for organisations with 5 users or more in terms of the cost:benefit ratio and practicality.  A server can be installed on the network to allow for web based access by users to the software, providing great flexibility to finance department staff.

b)         WebAccounting - SaaS Version

The SaaS (“Software as a Service”) version involves no installation of software, only access to the internet via a browser.  The software is hosted on a secure server and is accessed when required via the internet.
