Tru-Wood Flooring specialises in solid wood floor covering industry since 2004.
Our products include all solid wood tongue and groove flooring and solid wood decking timber. We also offer engineered flooring timber and composite decking.
Timber material products that we specialise in are Teak, Rosewood, Kiaat, Masaranduba, Grappa, Ash, Beech, Oregon Pine, Maple, Oak, Saligna, Walnut and all exotic flooring and decking timbers.
Our services that we offer include solid wood flooring installations , engineered flooring installations, solid wood and composite decking installations, refurbishment of existing wooden flooring and decking i.e. sand and sealing as well as repairs to all solid wooden flooring and decking.
We also offer solid wooden balustrade and skirting products and the installation of these products.

Wooden Flooring and Decking Installations [Friday, July 01, 2011]

Our solid wooden flooring installations comprise of either glue down system, baton system or on Elastilon rubber underlay.
We use either a polyurethane sealer or waterborn sealer for sealing wooden floors both either satin or semi gloss and matt finishes.
Our wooden decking installation comprises of either conventional screw down installation and or decking clip system installation all on batons set at 400mm intervals.
Sealer used for sealing decks is a waterbased sealer or oil based sealer both sealers can be ordered with stains if deck needs to be darker eg. Imbuia ect, but most decks sealed with waterbased brown which has UV protection.

Exotic Flooring and Decking Timber, Skirting and Balustrade Material [Friday, July 01, 2011]

Exotic timber flooring and decking timber is solid timber 20mm thick by various widths and lengths. Examples are Teak, Rosewood, Kiaat, Masaranduba, Grappa, Ash, Maple, Walnut, Saligna, Oregon Pine, and all other exotic timbers.
Our skirting can be manufactured to the same timber of your flooring or we can supply plain Meranti skirtings or profiled.
Balustrade products are Meranti straight slates or cross slates balustrade.
