Customised production lead times can however be negotiated should the client so require for specific orders. No work is commenced with without approval from the client first being obtained with regards to the relevant design parameters. This ensures that the risk of mistakes made as a result of potential misunderstandings is limited as far as possible. Dependant on the nature of the product and size of the order, products are delivered and/or installed at the clients premises or location stipulated, or can be collected at our retail outlet or factory premises.
