Jodi-Ann has worked in a number of successful and well-known restaurants and food chains including Woolworths Culinary Centre, La Colombe Restaurant, The Five Flies, PCP with Garth SHnier and The French Laundry in California with well-acclaimed chef Thomas Keller. Jodi has developed new product lines for Nandos Chickenland (including the Peri Deli menu), YUM!, McCormick, McCain, Sky Chefs, Slo-Jo, SUGO Rosso, Mugg & Bean and Southern Sun. She has also done recipe development for All Gold.
