LTAD - LONT TERM ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM [Wednesday, June 08, 2011]

This program is Aimed at children ages 5 and up. It focuses on Fundamental Movement Skills and Fundamental Sports skills. It also teaches the kids to intergrate the 2 skills into everyday play in a safe and secure ecnviroment.
