Sondela Restaurant [Monday, February 28, 2011]

Experience African Fusion cuisine in the traditional and welcoming atmosphere of the Sondela Restaurant, set in the lush, landscaped gardens of Sibaya Casino and Entertainment Kingdom.

Sondela Tavern has a main inside dining area as well as an outside deck. Themed as contemporary Zulu with a classic touch the buffet menu offers a variety of typically South African dishes with Zulu overtones designed to appeal to an international palate as well as catering for children's tastes. Dishes available include mouth watering offerings such as chickpea dip with pumpkin bread, a variety of delicious salads, Morrocan Lamb Tagine, Malay Vegetable Babotie, North Coast crab and tomato soup, Mozambiquean coconut ice-cream with date loaf and white and dark chocolate mousse, to name a few. 

Menu items change according to seasonal fresh produce, to ensure the best flavours and quality.

Krakatoa Nightclub [Monday, February 28, 2011]

This is an Action packed triple storey Show Bar, Durban’s ultimate nightspot. A visit to Krakatoa, Sibaya’s ‘volcanic eruption’ three-tier show bar promises to leave you reeling with sensory dazzlement.

The venue can take up to 200 guests cinema style seating and 120 guests’ schoolroom seating or 700 guests’ club style.   This nightlife venue, named after one of the most famous volcanoes in history, is set to become the talk of the town.
