We specialise in Spitbraai and Outdoor Catering as well as spit braai equipment within Johannesburg and surrounding areas. No spitbraai too small or too big for us. Lamb On Spit:
This is a traditional lamb spit, which has been injected with a herb marinade.
The lamb is then basted whilst cooking. Once cooked the lamb is then carved off the fire onto the plates for your guest to enjoy.

Spit Kebab:
This is a giant spit kebab on which D-boned meat is cooked. Once cooked the meat is removed and sliced finely. The meat is then served off the fire in serving trays. The giant spit kebab is the more popular of the two spit braais.

The giant spit kebab is basted with our secret home made herb marinade whilst cooking. Once cooked the meat is then carved off the fire into serving dishes and served from the braai. The giant spit kebab is the most popular of the braai options.
