For an appeal, Rates Watch will:-
• Prepare and lodge the appeal;
• Brief legal representation if necessary;
• Appear at the hearing on your behalf;
• Obtain the decision of the board;
• Recommend whether further legal action should be instituted;
• Prepare and submit an application to the High Court;

Valuation review [Monday, November 09, 2009]

If the screening process indicates that a valuation review should be lodged, Rates Watch will undertake the following on your behalf:-
• Determine a suggested market valuation for the property;
• Complete the application form including a motivation for the suggested market value;
• Lodge the application;
• Obtain proof that the application was lodged;
• Inter act with the Municipal Valuer if necessary;
• Obtain the Municipal Valuer’s decision;
• Request reasons from the Municipal Valuer if applicable;
• Consider the written reasons;
• Recommend whether an appeal should be lodged
