While purchasingproperties in various buildings and complexes around Gauteng, we were appalled at the extremely low level of service and professionalism by both the rental agencies and managing agents we dealt with.
Eventually, we came to the conclusion that the best way to protect our investments was to expand our business model and set up our own rental agency and property management divisions.
