ProjXperts will asses our clients’ needs, and determine the best product specification and preparation method for the project. We consult with our specialised paint supplier or an independent consultant if appropriate. We then prepare a project schedule in agreement the client’s timing requirements. ProjXperts develops a quality plan that allows the client, ProjXperts and an independent consultant if necessary. ProjXperts then proceeds with the painting project according to the agreed specification with full client participation throughout. All projects are supervised daily.
ProjXperts undertake commercial and domestic painting projects in the following approach:
1. We assess our clients’ needs
2. Determine the best product specification and preparation method for the project
3. Consult with our specialised paint supplier or an independent consultant if appropriate
4. Prepare a project schedule in agreement the client’s timing requirements
5. Develop a quality plan as agreed by the client, ProjXperts and an independent consultant if necessary
6. Proceed with the painting project according to the agreed specification with full client participation throughout
Painting projects must be assessed not only in terms of the painting requirements but also in terms of solutions required to address damp problems. All ProjXperts managers are well trained in damp-proofing solutions.
1. ProjXperts use fitting products which are internationally recognised as market leaders.
2. Technical representatives are always available for site visits both prior to and during projects.
The appropriate products are used, depending on whether lateral or rising damp has been identified.
