PERMANENT
We strive to find the most suitable candidates for our clients based on their requirements so that such candidate can be employed by the client on either a permanent base or a fixed-term contract, which will be negotiated with the client. A once-off placement fee is charged for this candidate/s as per the fees structure in our terms and conditions documentation.
CONTRACTORS
We provide a focused, disciplined contractor procurement and administration service to our clients.
All contractors are employed by Potencia Corp CC and therefore all employment processes and HR integration is handled by us taking away these functions from the client.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Potencia also offers full function project management services where we manage projects from start to finish (SDLC lifecycle) using PMBOK methodologies.
LEGAL SERVICES
As a company that deals with recruitment and staffing issues, Potencia offers an Outsourced Legal service dealing with all legal matters such as the setting-up of staff contracts and administration thereof, dealing with all labour law issues, disciplinary codes and practices, disciplinary actions and hearings, chairing of such hearings. We also negotiate and draw up a company disciplinary code which would regulate the process above.
DESIGN & ADVERTISING
Potencia offers an Outsourced Design & Advertising service covering all design aspects, from web design (seamless digital and conventional design) and development, multimedia (animation, flash, audio and video), marketing, logo design & stationery design, leaflets, brochures, book publishing and financial report publishing, signage, advertising etc.
