Description about Paddagang Restaurant
Paddagang restaurant is the Western Cape's country side, oldest restaurant. It opened it's doors for business in March 1974 and at 36 years old it is Tulbagh's most popular national monument. Being one of 28 national monuments in Church Street, you really get the feel of tranquility when visiting this historic road and restaurant. It might not come as a surprise to know that they specialise in traditional foods like waterblommetjies and boboti and have there own brand of wines, cherry's, brandy's and port's like Paddapoleon,Brulpadda and Paddaroti.
Paddagang also caters for Weddings and any type of social gathering event and has hosted a couple of music concerts as well. It's character and history creates an unbelievable atmosphere.
