To undertake a true lifestyle development we would take on the roll of Development Managers. As a Development Manager we provide assistance on many levels depending on client requirements. We would assist in securing land, obtaining development rights, putting together development plans, as well as marketing and sales strategy, and then seeing the development to completion. We can also assist in securing finance through investors or banks.Our services would be ideal for anyone wanting to undertake a development but doesn’t have the “know-how”, or may have land and we can help optimize the value. In addition to this we can look at existing developments that may be struggling and we can step-in and help the development get back on track. Development Management services can also be used for smaller clients who need help with their own private project, whereby we put in place a few key documents and systems, so that the project starts off properly and finishes strong.
