An investor offers previous owner a 1 yr lease (paid in advance) with an option to buy back the property at an escalated price (+15%). At the end of the lease period, should the lessee not exercise the option, the investor can sell at a profit.
All paperwork done by conveyancers.
All costs, fees etc are covered in purchase price.
