The Network telex global delivery Network will handle all documents and personally visit the person to achieve document signing.

We specialize in Section 129, Section 58 and e-telegram contact notices or Customers own specific letters or document packs.

 

Documents can be returned by our hand delivery within each region or DocEx and global Courier services.

Network Telex will endeavor to get each document signed, however in a case where the recipient refuses to sign, Network Telex will leave copies and a report will be given tothe customer.

We can trace a person's latest contact details.  All we require is your reference number, persons last contact details you have, or simply just their name and I.D number.

The contacts will be verified and updated and all new information including Home / Work Address / Home / Work telephone numbers and cell number details will be matched by our over 60 million entry database that is continually updated daily.

All new collected details will be sent back to you individually by email or we are able to insert the NEW found data back into a complete excel format enabling our clients to instantly update their records.

Please note: there is no charge if we do not find any new updated details of the person(s).  We are not a tracing company.  We only trace the latest contact details.  Confirmation that the latest contact details are correct, can also be done by our call centre staff.

The SENT receipt by email, includes a “legal document copy” of what the Captain actually received. This is full legal proof of sending and receiving and could be printed for secure records. 

The SENT receipt also includes the message duration in minutes + seconds

As you would be aware of cost per minute this duration x the cost / min = Total cost of the message. So you may instantly charge the call back to your customer with whatever profit margins you choose.
