National Urethane Industries have developed and patented [patent pending number 2011/04366 ] a liquid applied mould in place field joint repair and application system .The mould in place product enables the user to position the FLEXOMOULD around a pipe even though the user has limited space in the "fox hole" .The patented system also ensures that there is limited product  wastage as the  liquid polyurethane product is poured into the flexible mould with no  spraying , this ensures no overspray  .The polyurethane liquid cast system cures rapidly once cast and the demould time ensures a quality field joint is applied in a timeous manner .
National Urethane Industries FLEXOMOULD , liquid cast mould in place polyurethane kits  and brush coat repair kits  are  marketed and sold in South Africa  by Denso SA.

Ultraspray 400B199 is a rigid polyurethane used for the coating and lining of potable water pipelines and potable water tanks .Ultraspray is a primeless or self priming system and is applied to a grit blasted substrate of a SA2.5 [50-75 micron profile] .Ultraspray 400B199 rigid polyurethane spray system has been tested with accordance to ASTMG08 and ASTM G95 cathodic disbondment and has passed the requirements of both standards .Ultraspray 400B199 has also passed potable water testing in accordance with SANS 241:2006 .Ultraspray 400B199 is a product of National Urethane Industries and is manufactured in Johannesburg South Africa .

National Urethane Industries tyre fill product has been trademarked under the ULTRAFILL trademark .Ultrafill is locally manufactured in Johannesburg South Africa and is formulated to give the end user a soft ride with exceptional physical properties .ULTRAFILL is sold in two hardness s 10 shore A and 20 shore A .ULTRAFILL tyre fill is used to fill pneumatic tyres for the use in quarries , underground mining , forestry  , construction and industrial sites .ULTRAFILL tyre fill is distributed in SADC countries .
