MURRAY CATERERS T/A GOLF COURSE CATERERS
The business consists of four entities namely:
The Halfway House: This provides meals and refreshments for golfers who play at the course, and is open six days a week from 8:00 o'clock in the morning till 4:00 o'clock in the afternoon during the week and from 7:00 o'clock in the morning till 4:00 o'clock in the afternoon on weekends. We also are the sole caterers allowed on the golf course and therefore cater for all the golf days they hold.
Function Venues: Their are four facilities available for functions namely:
Ø Hyltons Lounge: This can accommodate up to twenty five people, and is suitable for board meetings etc.
Ø The Restaurant: This can accommodate up to fifty people, and is suitable for birthday parties, informal get together's and training sessions.
Ø The Main Hall: This accommodates up to two hundred and fifty people and is ideally suited for weddings, 21 birthday parties etc.
Ø The New Bar: This accommodates up to forty people and is ideally suited for conferences and small cocktail parties.
GELITA S.A: This is a factory canteen that caters for approximately sixty staff members it is open from 6:00am till 10:00pm, Mondays through till Fridays. It also has its own tuckshop.
Human Street Medical Clinic: This is a clinic that we cater for, it can accommodate up to 12 people and is open seven days a week.
We are now looking to expand.
