We negotiate with your creditors to lower your installments at an affordable rate. We do not give loans. As soon as you applied for Debt Counselling, your creditors can not take legal action, if legal action was not yet taken prior to your Debt Review Application. You can hold on to your Car, Home and other assets. Not all creditors are likely to accept the lowered installments, but its not for them to decide. This is a court application and the Magistrate will make the ruling. You are not allowed to make any further credit agreements accept a consolidation loan.
