Payroll Services to our clients.

 

What we offer:

·        We will take the time consuming irritation out of your Payroll function, to enable you to carry on with your business at a highly competitive rate per employee

·        Our system keeps up to date with the latest developments in an ever-changing labour legislation environment, giving you the peace of mind that your payroll is legal and up to date.

·        We ensure that your company complies with a wide range of labour legislation, saving you time and expense.

·        Administration and control of all leave types. If necessary we will advise you, the client, of excessive absenteeism and abuse of annual leave.

·        We process weekly, fortnightly, monthly and executive payrolls.

·        Provide detailed Payslips and other payroll reporting.

·        Submit monthly UIF,SDL and PAYE details to SARS.

·        Tax Year end with IRP5’s and IT3a’s.

Our Costs:

 

50.00 per employee per month

R25.00 per employee per week (for weekly paid employees)

 

 

 

 

Extras

 

Courier charges of R65.00 per payroll delivery or you can collect payslips from our office.

 

A one-off take on fee of R50.50 per employee is charged to load employees and create the parameters pertaining to your company.

 

Options for payment of 3 parties and employees’ nett pay are:

·        We send the client a schedule of the nett Payments and 3 parties to be paid and the client will disperse the funds accordingly.

·        The client can give us access to the Salaries banking account, we upload the information and the client releases the funds. Much like two signatories on a cheque.

·        We can use the FNB Pax system for payment which we prefer to do and it also works on the basis of a Salary account where the client transfers the nett amounts into the account from where payment is made. The account belongs to the client and he has full control over it
