Maxi Control focuses on farm management systems for labour and fuel designed to reduce costs and administration. Maxi Control also manufactures programmable electronic controllers used to create perfect managed environments for curing, drying, growing, cooling, irrigating, incubating, etc.

Maxi Control has supplied time, access control and payroll systems for 20 years and employs its own design portable data collectors in the field and pack houses to track time and attendance, activities/locations, costing, piecework and worker/team performance. Maxi Track labour systems integrate fully with Maxi Pay payroll software.

Maxi Control uses electronics to monitor issues from bulk storage tanks and Maxi Fuel tracks fuel usage by cost centre, vehicle, driver, task, etc. Maxi Fuel analyses driver and vehicle consumption rates and assists with service scheduling.

Maxi Portable time recorder.data collector [Thursday, October 28, 2010]

Maxi Portable is robust, compact, waterproof, re-chargeable, programmable portable reader/data collector which is used in the field or indoors to collect clockings, costing information (tasks, locations), piecework counts, quantities, weights (attached to a portable scale) and bar coded information. Data is transported back to the PC on a flash device or via GPRS.

Maxi Portable connects to doors, turnstiles and sirens like a normal wall clock.

Maxi Fuel 'locks' the tank and uses an electronic flow meter to monitor fuel issues from a bulk storage tank and allocates usage to cost centre, vehicle, driver, task, etc. Maxi Fuel monitors consumption rates per driver and vehicle and service intervals.

Maxi Fuel works with diesel and petrol, single tanks or multiple, above ground or below, electric pumps or gravity feed. Maxi Fuel can also be installed onto a diesel car.

Maxi Control integrates proximity or biometric fingerprint scanners and turnstiles to provide secure access to pack houses and factories, restricting access by area and time using access profiles, scheduled shifts and rosters. Maxi Track labour management software can use the clockings to manage time and attendance and calculate paid hours for transfer to Maxi Pay (or another) payroll system.
