Description about HOT Projects
Established in 2005, we have an extensive portfolio of past, current, and future projects.
Although the company itself is relatively young, the expertise within HOT Projects is extensive. Jointly, the directors of HOT Projects have well over 40 years of experience in the Construction-, Project Management- and Property Development industries.
The company has 3 directors and shareholders: Mike Hare, Marius Opperman and Robin Tippett.
Hot Projects is registered with the NHBRC (National Home Builders Registration Council). We are also on their "preferred contractors" list, and have completed numerous remedial tasks on their behalf - where the original contractor has either disappeared, or has been de-registered by the NHBRC. We are also fully compliant with the Occupational Health and Safety Act. Currently we are in the process of registering with the CIDB (Construction Industry Development Board), which will enable us to perform construction work within the public sector.
