TAJIMA multi-head machines. Embroidery Dot Com boasts a total of 35 Machines with a total count of 373 heads. This includes a combination of 6, 12 and 15 head production machines, speciality machines and 3
GMI Laser configurations. Sampling is executed on dedicated 4 head machines for quick turn-around time.
Embroidery programming is executed on dedicated design centres using the WILCOM embroidery software. A further 2 systems were set-up to program the laser machines which are power-packed with features and techniques never before seen in this industry. Production is dictated by market needs, resulting in a level of service unmatched in the industry.
