The Timber we use is SA Pine as per SABS 082-1288 regulations, and is CCA treated according to these standards against termite and fungal attacks. Treatment of timber also ensures fire resistance to SABS & NBR standards. The superior insulation material used ensures moderate temperatures and maximum comfort. Exterior cladding is finished with various coloured high quality sealer.
Our homes are easier to construct on sloping sites, sand, wetlands / swamp, clay or unstable soil conditions, with minimal (if any) extra costs, thus utilizing property effectively without disrupting much of the environment. Building on stilts / poles is an excellent method of utilizing the view & space available, to its utmost. E.g. using the open space below the house as undercover parking
