The Property Development Group is a young and dynamic, yet experienced andprofessional company involved in all aspects of the Construction Building Project Management.
The Managementof the company is overseen by the two Partners Craig Boshard & Shaun DuPlessis, Both of who obtained their BSc(Hons) degrees in Construction Management at the University of PortElizabeth in 2001.
Havingworked in the industry in various roles including as Site Engineers, Site Agents, Construction Project Managers, Developers as wellas Contractors for various companies in various sectors over the past 10 years,Craig and Shaun have assembled a combined work experience in the industry ofover 20 years, and as such are well versed in all aspects of the Built Environment Industry.
