Touch For Health - Basic Kinesiology Course [Saturday, July 09, 2011]

Touch For Health is a basic kinesiology course for anyone who wants to help themselves and others to enjoy great health. This is an excellent course for moms, dads, teachers, massage therapists, fitness instructors, natural health practitioners – anyone who wants to be active in their own and others’ health and wellness. Touch For Health is internationally recognized and is currently taught in over 100 countries.

The Touch For Health syllabus consists of four modules totalling 60 hours. The classes are fun and interactive, with plenty of time for demonstrations and practical work. You are given ample opportunity to practice your new skills with the other students and build your confidence.
