Bergplatz (Pty) Ltd was originally formed in the 80’s for a large group of investors by an Austrian Consulting Company as a Property Investment Company specializing in Game farms in Namibia, B&B and Commercial Properties in Johannesburg, Mining Properties in Mpumalanga.
Due to disinvestments in 2000, the company changed to Bergplatz Property Investments cc.
Having watched the market closely for a number of years, Bergplatz opened up a division for rentals, BPI Rentals
Rendering German efficient service to both the Landlord and the Tenant.
Tenants and Landlords need each other, Tenant requires to rent a clean functional home and the Landlord requires a tenant who will treat his assets with respect and keep it maintained.
