We know that you are not always there to take care of your Villa or apartment; this is why we will do it for you leaving you to have additional time in the ever demanding corporate world.
This document will inform you of our services and rates, please be advised that we will only carry out instructions from your appointed representatives in the event were we were not directly appointed by you to carry out any duties. We will carry out instructions via e-mail and or official orders, as we request that you clearly indicate the service that you would like us to carry out. Please do remember that we will do all to insure that your Villa or Apartment is cared for to the highest standards. We will request that a monthly audit be submitted and that all cleaning be done to insure a hygienic environment for all that enter the place of accommodation. We will be using the best quality cleaning products to take care of the environment and the property placed in our service
