A-Plus Driving School

A-Plus Driving School training is primarily designed to produce competent, knowledgeable and confident drivers. We achieve this by ensuring that the client successfully masters all the skills necessary to operate the class of vehicle which they intend driving.

The training methodology A-Plus Driving School make use of requires a strict adherence to a specified set of training modules. A-Plus Driving School continually evaluate, give feed-back and set goals throughout a training session. A-Plus Driving School also give our clients supplementary material to assist them whilst practicing privately.

A-Plus Driving School most distinctive feature is that we are the only driving school in Centurion with a private training ground that is laid out precisely in accordance with the specifications applicable to all Testing Centres.

A-Plus Driving School is also the only driving school that uses Ford Bantam bakkies, exclusively, because of their easiness to drive and park. All A-Plus Driving School vehicles are fitted with foot brakes on the passenger side, as specified by law, for use in an emergency.

A-Plus Driving School give training for Code A (all classes of motorcycle), Code B (ex code 8), Code EB (ex code 8 with trailer) and Code EC1 (ex code 10). A-Plus Driving School also have extensive experience in the training of persons with hearing disabilities.

A-Plus Driving School is one of only a handful of driving schools who give individual training on a personal basis. The training is done exclusively by only one instructor who has specialised in this subject matter. He is able to accommodate three persons at a time with ease. He can also cater for persons with specific learning disabilities.

A-Plus Driving School programme is structured to satisfy two objectives. Firstly we want to ensure that our clients are fully conversant with the Rules of the Road and the Traffic Signs in order for them to have total confidence behind a steering wheel. Secondly we want them to do the test with the least stress and to pass with flying colours.

A-Plus Driving School present the training in a lecture room, situated in a tranquil garden setting. The training is designed to accurately simulate the actual experience at the Testing Centre. This is achieved by using the official training material compiled by the Human Sciences Research Council (HSRC). This material is only supplied to driving schools who are registered with, and accredited by, the HSRC. In this way A-Plus Driving School ensure that our clients are fully prepared and that there are no unexpected surprises on the day of the test. Also, and this is extremely important, that no-one is involved in anything illegal.
